Requesting Items

Cornell University affiliated patrons have a variety of ways to request and access materials from not only the library system's collection but beyond as well. Holds and recalls can be placed on Cornell items currently checked out to enable and expedite access. Book delivery options also exist. Articles may be requested and delivered electronically, in some cases for free. Patrons may also request additions to the library's collection. LIBRARY ANNEX

Annex items can be requested using the book delivery service available on the on-line catalog.

Visitors can request Annex items by submitting an Annex Request Form. It is important to have all the information about the book (call number, title, author) before filling out the form.

Articles from Annex journals can be scanned and sent to your email account as a pdf. This is a free service. To submit a request for a scanned Annex article, simply use MyDocumentDelivery.

BAILEY HORTORIUM

Bailey Hortorium books can be requested using the book delivery service available on the on-line catalog.

Hort requests can also be made at the Mann Library circulation desk, by calling 255-3296, or emailing mann_circ@cornell.edu.

Articles from Hortorium serials can be requested electronically (for free) through MyDocumentDelivery.
